SENIOR SALES APPLICATION ENGINEER

Engineer to assist with the business growth in our McKinney, TX

The Senior Sales Application Engineer is responsible for partnering with
existing and prospective customers to provide the best solution for their
application. This is a customer-facing position, providing assistance
through standard support channels (phone, email, and in-person meetings),
and working with many customer departments, including Engineering,
Purchasing, Project Management, Operations, and General Management.
Determine best product solutions based on customer requirements and best
Review engineering/technical specifications and ensure solution
Serve as the customerís technical liaison, working cross-functionally
with other Sales team members, Engineering, Purchasing, Project
Management, Operations, Technical Support, and other corporate resources
to provide solutions for the customer using the Companyís current
offerings and create custom solutions.
Generate timely and accurate responses to requests for quotations.
Prepares and submits project submittal documents for customer approval.
Process customer orders and track project delivery items to ensure a
high level of customer satisfaction.
Support management staff by providing sales data, forecasts, account
analyses, and relaying customer services requests.
Identify prospective customers and pursue promising leads.
Calling on new and existing customers to aggressively grow yearly sales.
Utilize and maintain the company CRM system to track and retain customer

Drive continuous improvement rigorously.
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Skilled with engineering documents and technical drawings.
Experience with industry best practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM, ERP, CAD, and
other engineering software systems preferred.
Comfortable preparing and giving presentations in front of team members,
sales representatives, and clients.
Bachelorís degree in related discipline.
3-5 years of combined experience within customer service, production,
engineering, technical support, or sales, with at least 3 years in a
